Since 1940, the Provo Open has tested the nation’s top rising golfers on their path to greatness—both on and off the course. Over 54 holes of championship golf, one name is etched into a historic trophy alongside legends like Casper, Miller, and Finau. Nearly a century later, the dream remains the same. For one week in June, the Provo Open is one of golf’s ultimate proving grounds.

Entries are open to any amateur golfers who have a handicap index of 5.0 or less. Or, any PGA Professional, PGA Apprentice/Associate or declared professional. Any amateur application that is submitted in which the handicap does not meet the 5.0 or less index will be rejected with a $30 processing fee.

Up to 156 golfers compete for 54 holes over three days with a cut to the low 70 golfers plus ties after 36 holes.

Amateurs: $180

PGA Affiliated Professionals: $280

Non Affiliated Professionals: $380

Carts are available for $20 a round, however only 2 carts will be allowed per group. No exceptions. Spectator carts will also not be allowed. Players may push/carry their own bag or bring a caddie.
